This program is for those who are considering increasing body weight, increasing whole body strength and mobility.
The STRENGTH training cycle is designed to work in the gym or to do intense workouts at home with the following equipment: barbell, bench, resistance rubber, dumbbells or weights.
During the program you will play intense sports 4 times a week.
- Twice a week you will focus on working with weights, thus increasing strength. These are basic strength exercises with a barbell, performing squats, pressure and traction exercises.
- For the next two days, work will be done with resistance rubbers, developing and increasing the speed of movement. These are additional isolation exercises, combining smaller muscle groups and balancing even muscle growth throughout the body.
Applying the most effective methods of athletic training, we offer a program that will vary with weekly variations of exercises and movements. For this reason, the workouts will be dynamic, the exercises will not stop and all muscle groups will be connected. In addition, you will find various examples of warm-up and stretching exercises that will be needed before and after your workouts.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will present all the exercises to you in a special app, where at the end of the week you will see the workouts planned for next week. At each workout, you’ll find our video demonstrations, emphasizing the right performance and the most common mistakes you make to avoid injuries.
In the app, we invite you to share questions, comments, or video content with us, which we will be happy to answer and enjoy progress with you throughout the program. In addition, the app will allow you to record and track your progress.
