The EQUIPMENT program is a choice for those who are determined to exercise physically not only with their body weight, but also to combine functional exercises with various weights and crossbars. The EQUIPMENT program is perfect for those who visit the gym or have the necessary equipment at home and strive for a comprehensive body balance - they want to improve the flexibility and composition of their body, joint mobility and muscle hypertrophy (growth). Responsible work will help improve posture and cardiovascular function, overall well-being and, of course, increase productivity.
This program will work all the muscles in your body, including those muscles you didn’t think you had. We will pay special attention to the strengthening of the lumbar muscles and the overall increase of muscle mass by performing functional exercises with the weights of our body and the intended equipment. In addition, we will combine functional training with strength exercises, interval exercises, varying between high and low intensity as many exercises as possible. At the same time, we will train all energy systems - explosive power, anaerobic and aerobic systems. In a structured program, we will increase the load gradually, allowing your body to improve at its own pace. Each week you will receive three series of exercises for general body training and one endurance workout.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the first week, we will individually test your physical fitness using the most effective athletic preparation methods, from endurance, mobility, to a cardiovascular test. In addition, in the first and second weeks of the program, we will focus on preparing your body for further physical exercise to ensure your maximum safety, with a strong focus on tendons, ligaments, and overall muscles.
We will present all the exercises to you in a special app, where at the end of the week you will see the workouts planned for next week. At each workout, you’ll find our video demonstrations, emphasizing the right performance and common mistakes to avoid injuries, as well as the right work with extra weights and other equipment.
In the interactive app, we invite you to share questions, comments, or video content with us, to which we will be happy to answer and enjoy progress with you throughout the program. In addition, the app will allow you to record and track your progress. At the end of the program, we will repeat the tests so that we can clearly name and discuss the results achieved.
