By responsibly engaging in the BODYWEIGHT program, you will employ all muscle groups, performing functional exercises with your body weight, combining them with strength exercises, interval exercises, varying between high and low intensity exercises. You will train all energy systems at the same time - anaerobic and aerobic systems. In a structured program, we will increase the load gradually, allowing your body to improve at its own pace. This program is best mastered every week by exercising three times at home or in the gym and one outdoors, even during the holidays.
The BODYWEIGHT program is perfect for those who want to lose weight, improve the flexibility and composition of their body and the mobility of joints. In addition, responsible work will help to improve posture and cardiovascular function, well-being and, of course, increase overall productivity.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the first week, we will individually test your physical fitness, starting with endurance, mobility, and ending with a cardiovascular test. In addition, in the first and second weeks of the program, we will focus on preparing your body for further physical exercise to ensure your maximum safety, with a strong focus on tendons, ligaments, and overall muscles.
We will present all the exercises to you in a special app, where at the end of the week you will see the workouts planned for next week. At each workout, you’ll find our video demonstrations, emphasizing the right performance and the most common mistakes you make to avoid injuries.
In the interactive app, we invite you to share questions, comments, or video content with us, to which we will be happy to answer and enjoy progress with you throughout the program. In addition, the app will allow you to record and track your progress. At the end of the program, we will repeat the tests so that we can clearly name and discuss the result achieved.
