PERSONAL TRAINING HOW DOES IT WORK? After selecting your coach, we will decide on the time and place of the meeting, and we will dedicate all our energy to help you achieve maximum results. During a personal training session, we will focus on your goals, which can start with the fundamentals of basic exercises, learning the techniques of performing exercises. This will be followed by work based on your personal programme (from movement with body weight to running or rowing techniques). Personal training is also a good choice for those who want to learn new skills, such as handstand walking, olympic lifting and the like. In one-on-one meetings, we will focus on you alone, so it will be a productive and motivating time for you to make measurable progress.
