PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

After purchasing a corrective program, we will invite you to a meeting during which we will perform whole-body testing for various muscle groups and identify the weakest areas of the body and possible deficiencies in mobility, stability and strength.
We will compile and send you a corrective exercise program and a demonstration video package that will include training on how to perform the specified exercises, strengthening weaknesses. At the scheduled time, we will contact you to discuss the results.
