Robertas Stankus
I am Robertas Stankus, a Crossfit coach. I started training as a child and after constantly searching and trying many different sports, I finally discovered judo and rugby. The latter led me on to the further path of sports.
Back in 2015, having acquired the qualification of a Physical Training Instructor for Soldiers at the General Jonas Žemaitis’ Lithuanian Military Academy, I started conducting my first training sessions.
However, I did not stop there – I sought to gain more sports competence, deepen my knowledge and skills. I accumulated experience in conducting group and personal training sessions at Amber CrossFit Sports Club (2016–2019), working as a physical training specialist at the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union (2017), @Getfit as a coach of group and personal training sessions (since 2019) and at the same time as an athletic training coach of FA “Žalgirietis” and “Hockey punks” – here you can still meet me today.
During my years of sports career, I have obtained the qualification of @Crossfit 1st level coach (2016), ISSA Strength and Conditioning specialist qualification – I have become an athletic training coach who can train professional athletes (2018). In 2019, I have started studying athletic training studies at the Lithuanian Sports University.
In addition to all this, I have contributed to the organisation of various competitions and sports camps. I have never ceased to be interested in the world of sports: both in the existing literature and by participating in seminars as well as examining the latest sports research.
My personal and professional approach to sports completely match up. I have never doubted that in sports, just as in life, you need to put a lot of heart into it, enjoy the activities and join forces. Only by combined efforts (mine and the clients’) you reach the top and enjoy the best results


Lukas Bitinaitis
After testing myself in medical studies and later giving a try to aviation science, I realized that my heart and mind lean towards sports. While studying, I discovered the CrossFit sports, and more precisely – the way of life. I believe that sport needs to be balanced, safe and combined with a healthy diet while seeking any kind of goal (from better health to weight loss or better physical fitness).
This type of sport helped me to understand what I really want to do in life. In 2017 I became a CrossFit coach at Amber CrossFit club. In order to deepen my knowledge, I gained the CrossFit 1st Coach Certificate, reached Level 2 a year later, and in 2019 I reached the 3rd level. This led me to become a chief coach at Amber CrossFit Sports Club. In addition, by expanding my knowledge of CrossFit culture, I acquired a Precision Nutrition certificate which allows me to state more confidently that I have a good understanding of the relationship between sports and nutrition.
I made the decision to become a coach back in 2017 and since then you can meet me at Amber CrossFit for group workouts or training athletes individually. Together with the Amber CrossFit team, we organised the first international CrossFit competition in Panevėžys. I have also been participating in various sports competitions in Europe and monitoring my personal progress. I think that in sports it is important to set goals wisely, to monitor your well-being closely, to constantly improve and not to lose motivation in attaining changes.
